Defloxine (Ofloxacin 0.3% + Dexamethasone)

Composition:

Ofloxacin 0.3% + Dexamethasone.....................................0.1%

 Indications :
Defloxine is an antibiotic. Defloxine kills certain bacteria or stops their growth. It treats urinary tract, prostate, skin, urinary and respiratory tract infections, as well as certain sexually transmitted diseases.

 Description:
Ofloxacin acts on DNA gyrase, an enzyme which, like human topoisomerase, prevents the excessive supercoiling of DNA during replication or transcription.

  Contraindications:
Ofloxacin is contraindicated in persons with a history of hypersensitivity associated with the use of ofloxacin or any member of the quinolone group of antimicrobial agents.

Dosage: As per the physician’s advice.
